WebMaster WebDesigner4 months March 2005 to June 2005 First mission in the web field : imagine and create a shiny website for the event agency, L'Agence T&T. As a webmaster, Xim created their website using Flash technology. More than the website, he had to create posters and prints. The target : attract as much customer as possible. His favorite tool to do these prints : Photoshop.

Developer Programmer1 year July 2006 to July 2007 Regarding the requirements, as programmer, Xim had to code new features for internal applications of the french leader telecom company, Orange. The aim was to improve processes and user interface. Programming language : PHP/MySQL. Second mission for this company : promote new web techonologies known as RIA (Rich Interface Applications) such as Ajax & Flex. In order to do this, Xim created two internal mini websites using RIA techonology. All the team worked on these two missions applying the Agile methodology. |

Xim had the technical lead of a small team (4 members) to find out the best solutions regarding requirements and time constraints. The new website has been setup using an Open Source CMS (Content Management System) : Joomla. |
Assistant Project Manager6 months March 2008 to August 2008 Back in Orange, Xim has integrated the online shop team to assist the project manager. Project: redesign the online shop in accordance with the brand. Xim assisted the project manager doing functional and design analysis, specifications, planning and tests. He had also to make sure that the different teams, functional, technical and graphic, well understand the need and work well all together. |
