Knowledge Management for 20 000 employees
Back in 2009, Steria launched the Knowledge Management project. The goal : Improve efficiency and productivity thanks to a better communication. The challenge : merge all the existing system information while setting a unique platform where each of the 20 000 employees, among 16 countries, can access and share best pratice, strategic documents and more.

Social network for teenagers
Zapzone, the french social network for teenagers is accessible from the web and mobile. Users can chat, upload photos, play games and more.
The whole portal needed to be updated for 2 main reasons :
- Have a new fresh design
- Setup a backoffice letting the Zapzone staff manage the content

Online shop re-branded
Online shop for mobile phone here, online shop for accessories there and online shop for internet ADSL access in an other place. However, the owner is the same : Orange.
What about put all these shop together in the same place ? And by the way, take advantages of this project to refresh the design and be congruent with the brand. It is what it was all about.

Orange has many internal applications. One of them consist on manage all the mail (request from customer) from their arrival to the response at the customer.
